Welcome to Reliax! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at reliax.us (the "Website") and our Minecraft server (the "Server"), operated by Reliax ("us", "we", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Website or connecting to our Server.

- You agree to follow all Reliax Server Rules, including but not limited to:
- Respect & Community: Be respectful and courteous to all players on the Server. No harassment, bullying, or offensive language. Promote a positive and inclusive environment.
- Gameplay: Cheating, hacking, or using exploits on the Server is strictly prohibited. Griefing or destroying other players' builds is not allowed. PVP is allowed only with consent from both parties. Keep the world nice; randomly spamming blocks and similar activities may result in a temporary kick from the Server.
- Mods should not be used to cheat or provide an unfair advantage on the Server.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Reliax and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Reliax.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Reliax, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. We do not guarantee the performance, uptime, or availability of the Service, but we strive to provide a stable and reliable experience.

- Do not publicly post videos taken on the server without permission.
- Do not advertise the server without permission.
- Do not use or modify the logo without permission.
- Please share the server only by word of mouth, such as referring friends to the website.
